Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween...Addison was a princess ballerina, and Loui was a pumpkin. I forgot to take the camera out to trick or treat!!! When we returned home I was able to get a pic of Addie in her outfit, but she was crabby and ready for her bath. We visited Grandma and Grandpa Lubbers, Great Grandma and Grandpa Whitney's, and then went over to her Great Aunt Janice's haunted yard to see her uncles Jordan and Brendan, Aunt Amanda, Cousin Kellen, Grandma Teresa, and Great Grandma McGreevy. The grandparents took pictures so hopefully I can get copies and upload them for you to see!! Hope everyone had a fun time! We did, and can't wait for next year when addie will be 14 months old!

My Pumpkins!!

Curtis and I carved pumpkins tonight while watching "The Young Frankstien"

This is a tradition for us. We started it while we were dating. This is the 3rd annual pumpkin carving/movie night :) Curtis is not done with his yet...I got a head start! Pretty cool eh :)

I took the picture of Addie's piggies this past sunday. She was sleeping so I decided to get a picture of them. The other picture is her the night of her birth sleeping. I thought she looked so cute and decided to play around with it. Hope you like them!

Friends

I wanted to share with you these pics of our friends; Kyle, Marla, and baby Brooklyn Allis. Brooklyn was born 9 days after Addison. Marla and I had planned on

spending our maternity leave together doing play dates, but the Allis family moved to Dallas shortly after Brooklyn's birth for Kyle's Job. We miss them very much!

Random Stuff

This afternoon Jordan and Kellen came over to our house for a while. Kellen played with loui and gave Addie lots of kisses! Uncle Jordan played with Addie while she was happy. We really enjoyed them coming over to see us. Kellen is sporting this pacifer that is for halloween. It was pretty funny watching him with it in. The picture with Kellen in Addie's chair was priceless. Jordan and I were talking when we realized Kellen had climbed on to the kitchen table and plopped down in the chair. He really enjoyed it a lot, I'm just glad he didn't break it :) Hope everyone had a B-E-A-UTIFUL Saturday. Nighty Night.

Addison is 9 weeks old today. So that means it is time for her first set of shots. The last time we took Addie to the Dr. she was only 3 weeks old. Since that time she has gained almost 3 pounds...weighing in at 10 LBS 12 oz. She grew 1.25 inches, making her 22 inches long. Her head grew 2cm, making the circumference 39cm. She is growing perfectly! We saw the P.A. today; she told us that addie is already accomplishing things they look for at the 4 month check up! YEA ADDIE!!! This little girl did not like getting her shots. Curtis had to hold her arms to her chest and I comforted her while she screamed. Her entire body turned fire engine red for a good 30 seconds. Thankfully the nurse was a very fast shot giver. She now has one princess bandaid on the right thigh and one care bear bandaid on the left thigh. As soon as we got home she started snoozing, but I woke her up so she could eat. She snoozed through the bottle too. So far she is doing great and does not seem to be mad at us. :)
