WU SHOX

This is a WU Shox, it is Wichita State University's Mascot. Addie loves WU. We have several things around our house with WU on it, and Addie gets excited when she sees him. November 16th Started off the new season for WSU men's basketball team. Curtis and I took addie and she had a blast!

Little Miss Thing talking to her nana....after throwing a nice fit about nana wanting to talk to her. Crazy girl didn't want to talk and then out of nowhere takes the phone and starts chatting up a storm with her nana. Man 2 year olds are sooooo unpredicatable

The beautiful hibiscus plant my momma and daddy got me a while back. Provided I remember to water it every day this is what it looks like :) I was so excited to see these 4 beautiful blooms!

Summer Fun

This was so cute..they held hands most of the time. When we first started walking through the zoo, vince looks at addie and say "Addie are you excited?"

Sorry for taking so long to post again. I know Easter was the last time that I posted. We have been so busy since then and I feel like I have a million things to do other than blogging. I promise I will do better and start posting again! You missed out on so much stuff between then and now but I'm sorry no pics...it would take forever to add all that. Most of the fun things we have been doing are the zoo, we also went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City (addie loved it), we took addie to her first circus, and then other everyday fun busy activities. I can't wait to show you all the fun stuff we do with the rest of our summer :)

Happy Easter!

Prior to Easter I took Addison to Camera Angles to have her picture taken with an Easter Bunny. You can see she is very happy in the picture. She loved the bunny (sitting next to her. it's black and white).

The Lubbers Easter 2010!

Spring Break in Texas

Addie wasted no time at all once we got to Nana and Papa's in Texas. She went straight for papa's shower to play in it!!!

Oh wow...Addie's thinking "what does this do"....My reply would be..."it cleans the doors...get to work girl :) and do it right the first time :)"

Playing with the doors! Never knew how dangerous shower doors could be, but these are heavy glass doors and could do serious damage to those little fingers.

Oh yes...putting on mommy's high heels.

This is a very Happy Little girl!

CHIEF!!!! This is addie's true love! She could boss him around, love on him, tell him to go away. She had SO much fun with him!!

Uncle Kent with Addie. She had just woke up from her nap. She was a little out of it, and decided that going to uncle kent sounded good. She sat in his lap for 30 minutes. GEEZ

The Haverkemp's were passing through Lubbock on their way to Big Ben National Park. They stayed the night before heading South.

This is where Addie spent most of her time while in Texas, by Chiefs kennel. She how happy she is!

This is too cute...she is trying to smile, but a cold wind just came gusting through and it took her breath away.

She needed to take a break to think about what to do next....play with chief, play with roo, or go help papa.

Ok so after uploading all of these pictures you might be thinking....where was nana on this trip. Well let me explain. Nana does lots of fun things with addie and I while we are in lubbock....it is called SHOPPING!!!! Who takes the camera when they go shopping....although....I really wish I had my camera one of the shopping days. We went to this neat place called Wanadoo and they had a 14 month old shih tzu there named little Honey. To all future stores I shop at, please have a puppy there because my daughter will play with the puppy while I look around and shop!!!!
