Tonight after Curtis got home, we packed up addie and headed straight to Hobby Lobby to purchase a brand new Christmas Tree!!! I was soo excited. The tree is prelighted and 9 foot tall!! WOW!!!! Can't wait to start decorating the house and the tree now!!!

I am so excited about Thanksgiving this year! I am making an entire meal for my little family and for my siblings families!!! I started cooking last night and so far everything is coming together GREAT!!! Here are a few pics of the prepartion! The cute place cards are an idea that came while watching Martha Stewart during my maternity leave!!! Thanks Martha they turned out great!!

Hangin' with Master Kellen

Master Kellen came to my house Saturday to play! It just so happened that princess Addie had just gone down for her long nap. So Kellen got one on one time with ME :)

Since it was lunch time when he came...we decided to make some mac and cheese!! MMMMM!!!! Actually Kellen made it and I assisted him :) He was even multi-tasking by eating a cookie while cooking!!! We had lots of fun. Then daddy came and princess Addie woke up and we all got to play together for a few hours!!!

Tuesday is Curtis' day off from work. Now that Addison is here he gets to spend the day playing with her, or in this case..napping. When I came home for lunch last tuesday the house was quiet. When I walked into our bedroom I found these two snoozing big time. I could not resist the photo opp!!!

I love this picture. Everyone is walking out to the first field of the day. Some of the group was walking behind me and did not make this snap shot...we call them the slow pokes!!



This hunt was not a successful hunt for me this year, but I still had a great time! It was very surreal too....as last year I was 3 months pregnant during our pheasant hunt, and this year my little baby is 3 months old! I was very lucky to have a wonderful and confident husband; who stayed home with Addison while I went hunting with my family! He did awesome and addie loved it. Also my mom and mother-in-law are to thank as well. They both helped watch her at different times while I was out of town!

She is sleeping in! I was trying to get her to wake up so I could get her ready for daycare. This is what she did instead.

This is what she wore to church Sunday 11-2-08. She fell asleep on the way home, so we just let her stay sleeping in it once we got home. she slept for almost 2 hours.

Addison is growing up so fast. She loves playing with her floor gym and reaching for the animals that hang down. The bumbo is designed to teach her how to sit. She does not last long in it, but hopefully she will start getting the idea and liking it! Sounds like she is waking up from her nap. Enjoy the new pictures...oh yea...GO TECH, GUNS UP!!!!
