I took addison to Yoga at Genesis that is specifically for her!!! Sheryl, the instructor, had this photo on her facebook page. I thought I would share it with all of you. Can you find addie and I? The Instructor is in a red shirt and black pants, Addie and I are right next to her :) A little blurry but still lots of fun and we will keep going :)Oh yea...this pose is called the kicking cobra. It is suppose to strengthen your back muscles.
